Un ferment qui fonctionne avec le lait de soja bio

J'ai voulu essayer si Vromton pouvait marcher avec du lait végétal et oui ça marche. 1/2 sachet fait 2 beaux fromages que j'ai faits au noix mixés. Par contre je trouve que c'est un peu cher
